Trump Media & Technology Group Submits Amended Version of Bitcoin Spot ETF S-1 Filing
BlockBeats News, August 11th, according to businessinsider report, Trump Media and Technology Group Corp. under Trump, Inc. (stock code: DJT) announced today that it has submitted the first amended S-1 registration statement for the Truth Social Bitcoin ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The ETF will directly hold Bitcoin, aiming to track the price performance of Bitcoin, and its shares are expected to be listed on the NYSE Arca exchange. Other information includes:
· Custody and Liquidity Support: Crypto.com, a cryptocurrency exchange platform, will serve as the exclusive Bitcoin custodian, primary executing broker, and liquidity provider
· Sponsor: Yorkville U.S. Digital Corp. will serve as the ETF sponsor
· Approval Process: The ETF launch is subject to the SEC declaring the registration statement effective and approving the Form 19b-4 application
